From Project Management to Realtors
After a 20 year career as Property / Project manager and Logistics Manager, Martin Knol and Mila Milovanova came to Tenerife in 2009 to exploit a small bed & breakfast hotel in Guia de Isora, a small town in the South of Tenerife.
After the sale of the hotel in 2015 Mila went to work as Real Estate Agent and Martin rented out Holiday Lets.
With the introduction of Holiday Let licenses in 2018 it became necessary to have a PTY (Ltd) company in order to be able to rent holiday lets and the decision was made to open the office in Parque Santiago 2 in Las Americas as Tenerife Rental & Sales (TRS), the trading name of Mami 2009 Real Estate Agents S.L.
The office was a success from day 1 and now the company employs 4 persons and is still growing.
We sign on new owners on a regular basis and the portfolio of rental properties grows steadily.
