Villa Casa Blanca! Spectacular luxury villa on 2000 m2 with large private heated pool for up to 16 guests. This exclusive luxury villa is located in El Salto, just 5 minutes from Granadilla de Abona city center, 10 minutes from San Isidro high street and only 15 minutes away by car from various beaches and the Tenerife South Airport Casa Blanca was built in 2003, renovated to a modern luxurious design and expanded in 2020. This large villa is in a tranquil location with breathtaking views to the sea and mountains. With a total floor space of 350 m2 all rooms are very spacious, and all bedrooms have their own ensuite bathrooms/shower rooms. The main entrance leads to a modern open plan kitchen/living room through the initial hallway which contains one of the many WC's. The kitchen is fully equipped with new modern electrical appliances; a large larder refrigerator and seperate larder freezer and Smegg Ceramic hob, Smegg double ovens, dishwasher, various small appliances like Sharp microwave, coffee maker, kettle and Smegg toaster. A seperate games room within the grounds is the ideal place to relax and is fitted with an 8ft pool table, dart board, futbol table, Larder fridge, beer fridge, projector, music and a sofa. For the guests that like to keep fit there is also a treadmill, spin bike and an outside gym. A ping pong table is also avaialble for sports enthusiasts. The lounge is a large double aspect room with comfy high-quality sofa and large screen 72" Smart TV with over 3000 UK/German/USA Channels, Sky Sports, Netflix and Amazon. Internet Wifi 6 is super fast fibre at 300mb and 5ghz. There is air conditioning in the lounge, a ceiling fan and also an electric fireplace. It contains a modern dining table and chairs and two sets of large patio doors that look out onto the terrace with views to the Ocean. There are 5 large bedrooms within the main villa. The Master bedroom is 100 m2 and located on the whole of the first floor accessible by stairs off of the hallway. It has a Super King size bed, a sofa bed, huge bathtub with mood lighting, his n hers walk in wardrobes/changing rooms, double showers and sinks, a glass balcony that looks out onto the front of the villa. It also has an air conditioning unit and electric operated black out curtains. Off the hallway is a large bedroom with fully fitted wardrobes and patio doors onto the large terrace. It is fitted with a large double bed and has an adjoining door to another bedroom that is fitted with two single beds and a door off to a large bathroom with large walk in shower, corner bathtub, wc and sink. These adjoining rooms are ideal for guests with children. The remaining two bedrooms come off of the lounge and rear hallway. One has a large double bed and the other has two single beds both rooms with ensuite shower rooms, WC and sinks. In the spectacular large garden there is a large pool which is heated all year round. The subtropical garden is frequented by many species of birds and butterflies and it is a delight to watch and listen to these. The garden is lovingly cared for and has an assortment of different areas giving you the choice of a mountain. sea or pool side view. The large tropical palm trees give plenty of shade on those extra sunny days. The only problem is deciding which of the many sun beds to choose. The BBQ area is well equipped and is located next to a large outdoor pergola with dining table and chairs. It has outdoor lighting and is ideal for those who like to eat outside lunches or dinners. In the garden area there is an additional wc toilet and wash basin handy for use when lazing by the pool. Within the grounds is a self-contained annex. Ideal for large families or for older members that want to take themselves off for privacy. It has a King-size bed, a sofa bed, small kitchen and a wc/shower room with sink. There is plenty of space for parking on the property and it is kept private by two large lockable gates and a side pedestrian gate. At the top of the house there is also a terrace from which you have a wonderful panoramic views of the Villa Flor peak and Ocean views to Gran Canaria on a clear day. Tenerife has year round sunshine and Villa Casa Blanca was built to make the most of this beautiful climate. This villa is ideal for family or romantic holidays where you can pamper yourself in a remote private location yet only a 5 minute drive from some traditional Spanish restaurants and shops.
